Join Porty Vibez for a hands-on Jamaican cooking class in a downtown Detroit loft. You'll learn to make escovitch red snapper the Port Antonio way: crispy fried snapper topped with tangy pickled peppers and onions, served with rice and peas and callaloo. Good music, good company, and plenty of photo moments.
Come ready to cook, sip, and catch a vibe. Beginners welcome. All ingredients and cooking materials are included.
